I usually don't trust Best Buy reviewers. They are overwhelmingly positive on laptops. However, this particular seem to be getting pretty bad reviews. Price looks good for what I is offers, especially the open box model.
Could the experts here chime in please?

I got an open box excellent g15 2 weeks ago for a niece Xmas present. It was shipped in a huge box with one small set of airbags. I'm surprised it wasn't broken rattling around. It seemed ok so I'm going to keep it but it irked me

My friend has a G-series laptop that is less than 2 years old. One of the hinges completely broke. The hinges are not built to last. My kid had a Dell chromebook with a broken hinge also. I don't think Dell will cover it under warranty either. The only thing you can do is epoxy the hinge together and hope it doesn't break again.

Does anyone know the exact model number of this Dell G15 ?

Bought the Dell G15 5525 and there is only one slot for a M2 SSD inside, there are two brackets but Dell changed the design to add a piece of foam on the board so you cant add a 2nd drive anymore. Basically, they cut corners to save money.

This older Dell G15 laptops did not have a piece of foam where the M2 is supposed to go.

Dell G15 5520/5521/5525 have one SSD slot and Dell G15 5510/5511/5515 have two SSD slots from what i can tell.
