Those reviews are not that reliable. The main issues this year with lenovo are that: 1) Keyboards have become worse, 2) This model does not have usb4, 3) Qualcomm wifi is soldered.

Significantly better than their own previous generation.
Compared to Intel Iris Xe, the 660M is on par whereas 680M is superior.

Yes, it is.
The US models already listed have the 52WHr.
It was only possible to get the 86WHr by building the configuration yourself.

I ordered one, thank you! I adjusted my setup a little bit and paid $1,186 plus tax. I didn't need 32gb of ram so got 16gb. Upgraded to windows 10 because not a fan of 11 at all. 512gb of ram instead of 256gb.

So reviews are saying they got 52wh which lasts 3 hours. If we look at ratio, then 86wh should last 5 hours which is still not much. Does it have built in GPU allowing to switch of external gpu and thus saving battery?

There is no external GPU. It's only the integrated gpu. Those numbers don't look correct. It should last 7-8 hours with the 86Wh battery. This year's AMD chips are far more efficient than Intel's. So if you are in the market, you can't do better than this on battery. Get the 1080p screen if you really want to maximize battery.
