I bought mine from Wally more that a year ago, about the same price, just under 300 including tax. Most of the parts were brand new. I love the soft roller head. Not sure about the 60 min run time, especially when I put it to max power on the carpet. I general, I like it a lot and very convenient to whip out.

Same. I went to find my old receipt and randomly stumbled upon this being in stock. I remember it was pretty hard to find. Unfortunately I think my battery is on the way out so had to order a replacement yesterday. OEM is $130 and out of stock so went with one from Amazon. I used this YouTube video to help me determine which brand to go with.
There are many more brands now, but I appreciated this video that tested a few different brands. Even if it dies before the OEM it's probably still more cost-effective due to the price.
I was reading reviews and I'm shocked to see multiple complaints about people receiving dirty banged-up units, I buy a lot of refurbs and I've never received something that wasn't properly cleaned. The reviews also say no return option. This is making me hesitate.

I received a canister that wasn't great in my original order from Walmart. However I contacted Dyson and I got a free replacement. I'm fairly sure these units are coming directly from Dyson so thats who the support should be through. Attachment 12269197
