They're both great TVs, but the C2 is definitely a better TV. The C2 has better color accuracy, and gets a good bit brighter with HDR content, making HDR content "pop" much more. Whether it's worth the extra cost over the B2 is entirely dependent on the buyer.
Did you read rtings top 10? This is number 2. Great for the price.
I think this may be the deal I've been waiting for. Do you think the C2 is worth the price? I'm not gaming with the TV. I'm coming from a 55 inch B6, and have wanted to go bigger. What are the differences between this and the C2? Both are 120 Hz. I think all of the HDMI ports are 2.1 on both of them. Otherwise, I believe it loses some gaming features, which are not beneficial to me. What do you guys think?

It's $1499 for me unfortunately. I guess I'll just wait and see if the price comes down.

I'm scared to spend that and only have a 1 year warranty ordering through Amazon.

Amazon credit card, like many others, adds a second year.

One year from the manufacturer, and most credit cards will add a second as a cardholder benefit.

Costco gives you 5 years. Their holiday add came out and all their TV's include this coverage.

The 77" is also $2300, not bad if you couldn't get the c2 deal.

Costco has the 77" C2 at $2500 with a 5 year warranty.
77" B2 is $2300 with the same warranty.

I bought the C2 - as a gamer, the extra HDMI 2.1 inputs and brighter screen made it an easy decision.

I guess that's nice, but 5 years would be nicer.

About $300 more currently for the C1. Is it worth the difference?

https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/c...shold=0.10

"The LG C2 OLED is a higher-end TV than the LG B2 OLED, so it performs better overall. They have the same SDR peak brightness, but in HDR is where the C2 stands out as it gets brighter and highlights pop more. The C2 also has better gradient handling, resulting in less distracting banding while watching HDR content"

https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/c...shold=0.10

"The LG C1 OLED and the LG B2 OLED are similar OLEDs. The B2 is the better choice if you need something to use in a well-lit room because it gets brighter in SDR. However, their HDR brightness is similar, and the C1 has better gradient handling, so if you watch HDR content, it's better to go for the C1."

Thanks. I wouldn't have thought that the b2 would be better than a c1 but it sounds like it's: c2 > b2 > c1.

#2 in what top 10 list? pretty much every other OLED has better ratings than this one.

9.0 is pretty high up there...

And the higher rated ones are considerably more expensive.

If you sort by mixed usage, it's #4 on this list of 374 TV's. The best on the list has a 9.1. 1/10th of a difference.

Ugh yeah I've had that in the back of my head and seeing your comment made me cancel my order lol

I wonder if Costco will price match, or I'll just wait until it goes on sale there as well.

I get 5% back on my Amazon card but I think I'd rather have the warranty.

I get 4% at Costco with their Citi card. And I feel it's much easier to do a return if you ever have to. Other benefits include free shipping and free tech support (not that I ever need it Wink)

I don't really need anymore credit cards but 4% is pretty nice. I buy a fair amount of stuff at Costco.
