It is not hard. For me, it is more of an inconvenience. I have a 3% cash back card that I use for everything else. Unless I can find a way to automate these 5 transactions, I might forget to do it manually some months.
you can set up AUTOMATIC RELOADS on amazon.....BUT....for for auto reloads it looks like it requires a $5 minimum..you can do it monthly, weekly, and daily...so this may not work to automate the process
I've paid multiple home mortgages with it for many months now. They recently changed the system though.. so now I need to see if it'll still work after April.
I pay my daughters college apartment rent through the BILT portal. I used the BILT credit card and after a year or so of no troubles BILT would no longer pay the rent. (I think because the credit card is in a different name than the lease--but I'm not sure).
They did this without notice and I was getting hit with a $150 late fee, so I paid the rent with another credit card. (didn't have time to go through the micro deposits to verify a bank account). I wasn't hit with any transaction fee. Since I was getting 2% back I let it ride and paid the rent again with a non BILT credit card--again no transaction fee. I have just gone through the 4th month without a transaction fee. Is this the new BILT policy that you can pay with any credit card without a transaction fee?

Try paying with ACH using the bank routing and account # attached to the card.

I could try and determine what the problem is, but I prefer to get 2% back on another card. I also get 1% BILT points because I pay through the portal.
I'm just trying to determine if I am slipping through the cracks or if other people are experiencing this.

Works just fine. Just preauthorize the amount of all your mortgages and let it rip
Just saw this, manually 8 .25 payments a month (I pay my moms rent as well)
