thumbs up still
- Significantly higher multi core performance w/ Intel i7-12700H
- Better video editing performance due to QuickSync (especially for effects-heavy Premiere / AE and Resolve / Fusion projects in h.264, h.265)
- No need to replace the WiFi card (as you already get AX211) due to stability issues w/ Mediatek on current drivers
- native TB4 support, though USB4 should be unlocked for AMD via firmware update, at least for 1 port
- half the RAM (compared to AMD)
- either worse thermals or more noise under load, as Alder Lake runs hotter
The rest seems identical

I believe the Intel variants have Advanced Optimus too.
AMD ones were supposed to have it according to psref spec sheets (since it is Nvidia feature), but Lenovo scrapped it according to the Lenovo rep on their forums.
