Good price for the specs, but I would not recommend buying a 3050ti currently, especially combined with a higher resolution 2560x1600 screen. GPU will struggle to game at that resolution. Bad GPU match for the screen. Minimum should be a 3060, and even then, I'd recommend a 3070 or 3070ti for 2560x1600 gaming.

Not trying to thread crap, just more of a heads up for people.

Heck this is even a great deal as is here, QHD 165hz, 3050Ti, 12th gen. Rare to see 12th gen and QHD under $1000.

I agree, this seems like a screaming good deal at 899 with those features as well as 16GB DDR5 and 512GB NVME. Very solid specs.

Last week, I have bought the Dell inspiron 16 with i7-1250 when it was priced at $699. I stacked both the amex offers $120 off 599 and $50 off $100. Can I return and ask for dell credit (not refund so my amex credits dont reverse) and buy this one with additional $200 ? Anyone experienced with this ?

In the specs, it says there is a Thunderbolt port only for 3060/3070/3080 versions if anyone cares. It's a pretty nice deal with a really fast processor, nice screen, and ability to upgrade RAM. I'm another one of those "don't need it but want it" consumers right now, and I'm thinking inventory glut might benefit people in my position. Great deal though.

Also, if you don't have AMEX but have Chase credit cards, check your special offers. I have one for Dell for 5% CB up to $2k in purchases.

Lord, I really don't need this, but my $300 Dell laptop is slow and terrible. Is this a buy now and deal with it later deal? Or wait for BF and holiday sales?

The real bottleneck is the 4GB of video memory and there's no way to add more.
