The person I was replying to was asking about a better quality bit set in the $20-$30 price range. I suggested the Bosch Cobalt set which has been in that price range several times this year. I never ever said it was $10 or anything near that.

The BOSCH CO14B 14 Pc. Cobalt M42 Drill Bit Set is often in that price range and will perform much better for much longer - especially if using on steel.

Dewalt 4-set 100-pc including one set of drill bits was $14.98 last year. This seems a bit over priced. Even their on sale 110-pc set for $24.98 is overpriced.

I damaged my cheap Ryobi ones last weekend drilling brick wall and don't want another Ryobi (yes, yes, I know… I know…)..
