The contrast of a VA panel is far better than IPS. Each has its pros & cons. One is not superior to the other.

I am personally a fan of the curve on my monitor which is similar to this for watching shows and movies at my desk. If I were further than typical sitting distance I would not.

32 inch is a little too big for FPS gaming. I'd stick to 27 inches if possible. (Yes, I do have a 32 inch monitor, great for my MMOs and stuff, but FPS is no good lol)

The real question is what is the pixel response and input latency? No one is reviewing these super cheap monitors.

Yeah, sure. Great for FPS if you don't want to be competitive in your matches as the larger screen is more for your eyes to cover. 27 is the perfect size for this. Unless your 32 inch is super far from your face. lol

/edit end of the day to each their own everyone has their own preferences I think 32 is just a little too big.

Agreed, a matter of preference for sure. Which was my point. Adjusting field of view is my way of dealing with what my eyes have to cover.

I thought the whole purpose of a curved screen was that your FOV is adjusted to your eyes to where a 32" curved is similar to a 27" flat. Could be wrong though.

To each their own, I've always played on 40" or larger for FPS and MMO's and can't, more so won't go back to a smaller screen. Currently on a 50" with a pull out mount so I can position it just right, and loving it!

Con: I've never had a 1ms response time using non-gaming monitors, pretty sure that's attributed to a death or two, or three, along the way Stick Out Tongue
