I feel almost embarrassed to say that before I got the OneBlade the past month, that before, I was using a trimmer from Sally's Beauty Supply that took, not kidding, 45 minutes. After getting the OneBlade, it took me 4 minutes. I timed it. What is awesome is that this is a really good deal since it is the Pro version and it has the dial length adjuster. That dial is so awesome and combined with the detachable heads, you can literally clean all the hair out each time pretty easily. Only negative is that you can't use it while it's plugged in. So when the battery poops out in 2 years, you have to buy a new one.

Also I believe the non Pro version comes with lengths that you have to manually dettach. If it has the dial version, please get that. I would also recommend a carrying case from Amazon for $10. It's way easier having everything together in 1 area than having yet another bathroom sink ornament.
Battery poops out is all I heard

How's this compared to the non-pro deal with the extra blades.
Non pro has a 30min +45min ni-mh batteries and a 60min li-ion model. The pro has a 90min li-ion battery.

Is the blade required for trimmer or is it only for shaver??
I dont need the shaver, do blades still need to be replaced for using trimmer?

Nice, I've had the OneBlade for a few years now. I've been wanting to get this one but didn't want to spend $80 for it!

I was born "blessed" with very thick facial hair. I shave my face and head very regularly, and thanks to my crazy schedule, usually end up missing days very regularly. That said, when my stubble goes past the 5 o' clock shadow to 3 day shadow, I like to pre-shave with an electric clipper so my razors last more than a few uses. Needless to say, my face is hell on shavers.

My previous clipper was the ShortCut from Remington, which performed way better for me, but ended up crapping out after a couple years of use. I'll probably go back to that one, given how much quicker and more efficient it was with its large cutting area.
I agree with you 100%. I have two different OneBlades (green simple one and one with dial-guard). They're fine for finer hair, but really fall flat for beard trimming in my experience. The teeth on the blade are very, very close together, so they often pull at beard hair through the trimmer guard. What I could do in a couple of passes on a standard style trimmer takes 5 or 6 swipes to get the long hairs it missed.

Yes, shaves both directions. You can basically just rub it up and down if going for a clean shave, and there is prob not anything better for detail trims.

It is a one blade. All the attachments attach to the blade. Yes, they will wear out and need to be replaced, depends on frequency of use. If using daily probably about 1-2 months.

I ended up ordering the one blade on the Amazon truck deal cause I have heard lots of great things. It arrived promptly and I honestly felt a bit bamboozled. I appreciate that it has gazillions of positive reviews, it honestly feels like a cheap Chinese toy and the performance didn't do anything to wow me. In fact, I was shocked how how well I hear it works for everyone, cause I certainly didn't see it. Even worse, it kinda felt like a con to me: the blade is designed to resemble a mesh guard for a surface blade, which I thought was part of the performance and very high replacement blade cost, but it's just an aesthetic print, likely there to give you that idea.

I appreciate this thing is quite cheap, which is cool and all, but I really don't believe in its ability to hold up to my facial hair for any extended period of time. I'm also not in the mood to have to buy replacement blades regularly, and given that they are sold it multipacks and they include one right out of the gate, I'm assuming you're supposed to change them on the regular instead of once a year or so.

My previous clipper was the ShortCut from Remington, which performed way better for me, but ended up crapping out after a couple years of use. I'll probably go back to that one, given how much quicker and more efficient it was with its large cutting area.

I just wanted to share my experience, cause I don't hear much about the negatives, and it totally caught me off guard when I received it. Reviews speak for themselves, though, so it's likely you'll like it.
I felt the same as you, my facial hair is like Superman's, I destroy everything I use in 1-2 uses. The one blade had me questioning if I had received a fake from Amazon. Now I just stick to clipper's and guards, and even then I question how long they'll last. πŸ˜“

Just confirming: this is not the "face + body", is it?
No, but all use the exact same "one blade", so the trimmer part is the exact same across all types.

I've owned this Pro version after falling in love with the basic OneBlade, but the dial head isn't all that great, and after buying a good set of additional heads for the basic model, I haven't gone back to the Pro.
With the standard OneBlade it cuts in both directions, with the dial guard head it only cuts on one side. You go through blade heads twice as fast.

I personally find the one blade is very good if you are shaving down to skin. The attachments are mostly gimmicky on this for anything else.

I don't need the trim feature, only looking for a complete, Quick and EASY facial shave. I think I'm going to hold off until there's a future deal hopefully on the basic non-pro model with lithium battery like the one we had last month with extra blades.
