This ones a very basic heater, something maybe you keep in the office or turn on then turn off. The Vornado one's a room heater, at its core its a small fan, then it introduces heat. The fan always runs, the heating element adjusts and turns off as needed to maintain the temp you set, and the temp setting tends to be accurate. We use them for a cold room in our house, so we can keep the home temp where we want it, but that rooms not freezing.
I bought this. Build quality is cheap. On low it's 960-980w and on high it's going as high as 1780w and as low as 1500w, mostly 1700+w. I'm planning on returning and getting one with consistent watt and better build quality. Heat output is great but not worth messing with the risk unless you plan on using the low setting, at least for me.
This vornado low 750w, and when temp is met, it goes to 350w. On high it takes 1500w and it goes to 750w when target temp is met. Turns off at +3 degrees.
I have had several Vornado heaters. While it warmed up the room well by circulating the air, the fan also sucked the dust in the air into the heating element and over time it gave off burning smell and would not dissipate. May be my home is especially dusty, but I already have HEPA filter running in the house so I don't know what else I can do to avoid this problem.

Also, the price is valid through 11/28.

Really circulates the warm air, very gently though.
Can't speak to the fan function though, but that's a great bonus, if effective.
