There's another similar service called CardPointers that is kind of like the AHK script of loading offers to your credit card. It's also a paid service. But it doesn't store your login because it just kind of takes over your computer screen while you're logged in normally.
I'm sure I missed something and there's more to it….but that's what 5 minutes of googling got me.

The ability to add the same offer to multiple cards pays for itself-if you can handle the security aspect. I use the app solely for that. I listened to a points podcast that had the MaxRewards founder on as a guest, and perhaps naively decided he sounded legit/OG enough to try his app 🤔 parenthetically I know his intentions have nothing to do with their security prowess. I'm seeing how silly it sounds now that I'm typing it.
I will have to look into cardpointers. As I understand it, with cardpointers, the auto adding of offers is through a browser extension, not their app. The extension talks to the app. Without the extension, the app works more as a searchable set of macros; you manually select the offers that you manually added. (Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken!) Just for comparison, MaxRewards offer adding is all done through the app.
