I'm surprised no one is talking on this, is this not a good deal?

I would think someone with the title of "milwaukee fan boy" would take the time to put "milwaukee" and home depot in the title.

You can get a craftsman set for way cheaper, and the same warranty.

It's hard to justify spending that kind of money on a 1/2" socket set that you can't put on an impact.

1/4" and 3/8" impacts typically don't have enough power that you need to really worry about exploding sockets. Probably not the best idea to use them if you do it a lot -- but with 1/2" that changes. Most 1/2" impacts are fully capable of exploding sockets.

These do say they are "Impact Sockets" under the Specifications tab on Home Depot, for Socket Type. These are absolutely not impact rated sockets. Nothing shiny can be impact rated.

these are for comfortable, smooth, easy to touch handle click on and off hand wrenching

we could say, only buy impact sockets, but they are rough and harder to work with, get on and off, hard to see bc black not shiny beautiful chrome (so impact lower aesthetics)

this deal is off the hook btw
