I did check with Mint before I picked up in a store and here is what I was told (which may explain the problem some are having here getting the 3 free months)
"The buy 3 months and get 3 months free is NOT AVAILABLE FROM Target."
It was available from Best Buy but when I got to Best Buy they could not find any cards to purchase in the 4 gb plan. In my searching the area I discovered cards but the packaging was different and the new packaging could not be hung on a hook so they were just laying around in the department.
Text "DATA" to the mint mobile short code they use to text you your new phone number and it will tell you length of plan. I activated one early on 01/06 because although I don't need a 2nd line for the 3 months crossover it's extra data should I want it for 3 months...the cutoff is sometime soon though.
I'd like to order one line now, can anyone send me your referral? Thanks!
Send them the Target B3G3 screenshot as attached, and they will honor it. Note the words under "$45".

Are there any scrupulous phone companies out there, or are they all slimy? What about Consumer Cellular? They must be decent for Ted Danson to endorse them, right?
