- Digital Costco Shop Card will be emailed to the email address provided by the primary member at time of sign-up within 2 weeks after successful sign-up and enrollment in auto renewal.

Once you get shop card, immediately log back in and turn OFF auto renew. That flags system to send you out marketing communication (normally on monthly flyer) to renew with $20 off for 2024 via in store.

The offer is for sign ups from 11/1/22 to 1/1/23
To be considered a new member, you would have to be inactive for 18 months or more.
Mine has been inactive since April 30, 2021. So just over 18 months. And the code is not working.
