Goodbye KFR.
Hello, more fun!
To better connect you to your favorite brands, we're ending the Kellogg's Family Rewards® program on December 31, 2022. All the offers and promos you love will be fun-er, simpler and easier to take part in.
After January 15, 2023, you'll no longer need your KFR username or password – just look for fun offers and promotions from specially marked products, social media and tv commercials. PLUS you'll still get emails and news updates letting you know what's happening directly from the brands you love.
We've learned a lot from KFR and this change will make it easier to experience the stuff you love without the stuff you don't.
Got questions about KFR
tokens and rewards?
See below

Q&A with KFR
Why is KFR going away?
After a decade, we're changing things up. But don't worry, it's just the beginning! KFR is going away, but the offers, fun stuff and promotions you love aren't. We're just making it faster and easier for you to participate and enjoy the brands you love.
When's the last month?
December 2022 will be the last month to score monthly tokens. There's still time!
When's the last day to redeem my rewards?
Make sure you log in and redeem all your rewards before January 15, 2023.
What happens to my KFR account?
No need to log in to your KFR account anymore. You'll have one less username and password to remember.
What is happening to coupons?
Oh there's still coupons! Check Kelloggs.com regularly for savings and deals on your favorite brands.
Will I still hear from you?
You'll still get emails from us, but they'll come straight from your favorite brands. You'll get more stuff you like that's more relevant to what you want.
When does the transition begin?
Starting November 1, 2022, new members will stop being added to KFR.
What about promotions?
They're not going anywhere! You'll find out about exciting promotions just like before from specially marked products, social media and TV commercials.
What about current promotions?
For some current promotions, continue to use your login to participate when necessary. You won't need your login for future promotions.
Can I still earn monthly tokens?
Yep! You can still earn monthly tokens for the months of November and December 2022.
When is the last day that I can login to my account?
January 15, 2023 .

I knew this was coming. They've been slowly killing the program over time, making it worse and worse each year. The latest update was so badly implemented, I figured the program would be lucky to make it to the end of the year. Buying six boxes of cereal used to get you credit for six boxes, now it gets you one 'token'. Unless you buy each box separately. You used to be able to bank points and save up for bigger rewards, now you have use or lose tokens that reset each month, and the prizes are cheap.

Agreed. I stopped visiting because there was nothing you could get.
Just logged on and see that any points I had were apparently gone even though the program hasn't switched over yet. They must have taken away all my points when they switched to "tokens".

Oh well, I think I got a $5 starbucks card once.

Corporations don't care about doing anything for their customers these days, unless it involves over charging them.

I'm sure Kelloggs will do fine without me, or without a decent rewards program.

Since they switched to tokens, I used all my points in sweepstakes. I was holding out for the sweepstakes results. Apparently, I didn't win a thing so I finally decided to close my account once for all. KFR is not worth it anymore.
Good luck to all.
