2050 PSI MAX* is with no flow.
1.8 GPM MAX* is with no pressure.

Actual cleaning power is more like this:
Rated Pressure: 1600 PSI
Rated Flow: 1.1 GPM

I just received this powerwasher from Amazon when it was sold at the same price last week. Assemble is very easy, only 4 screws. But it starts leaking water from the connector of high pressure hose after using for 30 minutes. When I detached the hose, I found broken o-ring. So it only works 30 minutes. I called Tech Support and replacement orngs is in order. Let's see how long the or-ring is going to last. Fortunately, Amazon has already extended the eligible return day to Jan. 2023. So I'll give it a try again, but I am also prepared to send it back to Amazon if the replacement parts failed again. So keep all the packages and labels, and keep your expectation low as well.

When the housing market becomes affordable in 20 years I'll need equipment, is Sun Joe decent to start with?

I'm considering for car washes and light cement cleaning. This would never compare to a higher priced model, but at least it uses less water and provides a little more pressure than a hose. Personally, my carpel tunnel problem makes this easy to justify. This will make car washing faster, less stress on my ancient joints.

I got one of these off eBay. It didn't work. Seller refunded money and didn't ask for it back. Granted that is eBay, but it goes to the expectation of quality they had.

I said I bought one and it leaks. I am waiting for replacement parts so that I can return it back to Amazon in before the return date expires. So don't buy it because of its bad quality.

Sometimes..the price reduction reflects the quality of the product...what may seem like a deal is more like unloading because of defects.
