Just stayed with friends using the Bestway 18inch and I was positively surprised. Initially pumped up very firm because I thought there was an auto-off but I just let it sit over the day and had 4 nights of good sleep, no back pain or anything, no need to re-inflate, no loss of air. Only annoying thing about all of the air mattress models is that they squeak and crunch when moving at night.
