Just as a precaution, I'm betting the payboo card doesn't offer benefits like extended warranty or price protection, offered by some major credit cards.
Regarding the deal, I wouldn't pay more for the "OC" edition. It's nothing more than what you already can do with MSI afterburner. These cards OC very well out of the box.
Edit: I just saw that anyone who is approved for the payboo card gets a free $50 BH gift card (through 11/10). That might make it the best deal on a brand new 6700 XT I've seen yet.
