It is difficult to value an opinion on gear from someone with your username.
Alternatively you could by an Earthworks ETHOS for $400 or the new Logitech Blue Sona for $350 neither need a Cloudlifter. I got an Ethos and really like it. There are tons of comparison videos online.
If you're coming from a USB microphone you'll also need an XLR to USB interface. Motu M2 is good.
If you do buy a Sure SM7B for $350 it's a great mic and you'll love it.
Austrian Audio OC16 or OC18 (I recommend purchasing through Thomann).

The Shure is a well known microphone known for boosting the low end in voices. Some people find it flattering, some do not. IMO, it makes voices sound artificial like you're adding a radio announcer voice changer. If you're using a microphone of this quality, it is always easy to add in additional low end with whatever microphone you choose anyways.
