I doubt that.. You could take the Lowes GC and buy anything in Lowes with it. They might have some gift cards in Lowes, but I don't know.

May i ask what elsse Discover it points good for ? I have been accruing for 5 years or more now and never knew what's the best usage for pts for Discover and Amex beside amazon pts deal

Confirmed. Months ago I was misled by a different poster and learned this the hard way. You cannot use a Lowe's gift card to buy third party gift cards at a B&M Lowes.
