  3. Find the section "Featured Rewards"
  4. Claim Offer
  5. Scroll Down page to find "Unique Code"
  6. Click "Use Now"
  7. You will be directed to open Starbucks Rewards App (Android or iOS)
  8. In Starbucks App, Sign into your account or Join Rewards Program (free to join)
  9. Within 24 hours, 150 Stars (enough for free drink) will be loaded to your account
    • NOTE, If you are having issues getting the Starbucks App to open, members are suggesting uninstalling the Starbucks App then clicking "Use Now" Link from Verizon Up Rewards App again which should prompt you to install Starbucks App. After doing so, after logging in to Starbucks Account, you will get message about rewards being added.

Uninstall the Starbucks app, then go back and hit the link. It should bring it up to install. When you login, you should get the message that your stars will be added in 24 hours.

Didn't work for me last time. Maybe the uninstall, link and reinstall would have worked. This time it doesn't show up. Verizon apps and logic is poor.

Good lord. what is wrong with starbucks app? Every time there's an offer like this, you have to uninstall and reinstall their app to get it to work. :eye-roll:

Does anyone know of way to recover the code? I had it up yesterday but didn't have time to deal with it after it didn't work initially. Was going to try right now because I have time and the offer is now gone. Usually Verizon Up offers I click on are still available the next day to view hmm

edit: nm I found it. They just moved the 'claimed offers' button way down to the bottom. I swear they change the Up interface way too much.

I go to mine and it says "Uh oh! This offer could not be validated. Please try again."

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it says the same thing.

I go to the website and the page redirects me to download the app

So I saw the offer early November and chose this Verizon Up starbucks offer which had me insta the Starbucks app on my Android Samsung 5g phone. The Starbucks app had a little pop-up congratulating me for getting 150 stars which would see in 24 hours. I forgot about it as I don't frequent Starbucks often. Fast forward to today I opened the Starbucks app. Zero stars. ?? I called the Starbucks 800# that was listed in the Verizon Up offer details for help. Guess what? STARBUCKS SAYS THIS OFFER IS ONLY GOOD FOR VERIZON UP APPLE IPHONE CUSTOMERS!!!??? I politely asked why it doesn't say this on Verizon details and she said sorry on her end it explicitly says this Verizon Up offer of 150 stars is for Apple phones only. Thanks slickdeals. Such bs and a waste of time for lack of this critical info.

I'm using iPhone, for anyone having issues getting it loaded into the Starbucks app, I submitted a customer service ticket , and they were able to credit me 150 stars.
