So, I may be an idiot. I placed an order. I clipped the coupons. I'm unsure how Paypal is going to know to credit my account with the rebates.

It keys off the email you used for the online order. If that email is not found in paypal, you will get an email from Neptune on how to link your paypal email account or create a new paypal to get the $.
