I've never seen a 97 cent ending with instant savings before so I am not sure that's why the YMMV.
Again this is a Costco Business Center, not a regular Costco.

Sadly dont have a costco business center over here and they wont ship to me either, but using a chicago zipcode i see it listed online also for $204.97 for those around that part of the country that prefer getting it shipped. So its got a wider access.
