Temperature and being plastic-free. It also looks better as the Triton container gets buildup from minerals really easily and looks… not great… over time.

Bought this a year ago when there was a sale. It has become my main vitamix jar, especially when making hot soup or grinding dry ingredients. One main negative thing is that it's noisier compared to the plastic one. Also it's 48 oz compared to the regular 64oz.
