Not sure how many people would be interested in this TV from last year, but it is possibly the best LED TV out there bar the Z9K which just came out and is 2 times the price. This is the lowest price I've seen on this prosumer level TV.
Sony - 75" class BRAVIA XR Z9J LED 8K UHD Smart Google TV
Product Description:
Shop Sony 75" class BRAVIA XR Z9J LED 8K UHD Smart Google TV at Best Buy. Find low everyday prices and buy online for delivery or in-store pick-up. Price Match Guarantee.
If you're not specifically interested in an 8k resolution then Sony XR75X95K, which is sold for the same price is, imho, a better buy due to the use of mini-led's.

Don't know if I agree based on reviews but the master series tv s are generally second to none. The 8k is not the selling point of this tv. It is the color/motion handling and the brightness.
Amazing TVs, I love mine, its insane - easily ONE of the best on the market.
The upscaling from 4k content to 8k is amazing.
I have their flagship OLED tv in my bedroom, the OLED is great for low light, but the resolution and brightness of the Z9J is insane. In a well lit room its so bright.

Would you buy this over the X95K at the same price? My local store doesn't have these TVs in stock.
Great price. I'm waiting on my 2015 Sony 4K to die so I can replace it with my A80J that's currently in my living room. Once that happens, I'll be in the market for a new TV. As much as I love OLED, I simply refuse to watch content with static overlays ie sports, Twitch etc. It looks like the Sony is back in stock for shipping.

I would simply because it's a Master Series. I had a X95J 85" that I had to do a warranty claim due to DSE/grid pattern on light colored backgrounds. Paid the difference to upgrade to the Z9J 85" and it's probably the cleanest TV panel I've owned. Being a Master Series TV I definitely feel there is a higher level of QC scrutiny before they get shipped out.

Everybody has their own needs/wants that they're looking to satisfy. It's quite possible for someone to consider 8k a selling point, regardless of how absurd it may sound given the lack of 8k content and all. Agreed on the master series having the best quality, especially when it comes to panel's cleanliness. The problem with a Z9J is that, according to some (avsforum) users, it has a pretty bad blooming. According to them, the Z9k and x95k (especially the 85 inch size) literally smoke the Z9j when it comes to blooming. Having seen XR85X95K at Best Buy, I was blown away by its image quality- especially for the money. It was so good that it got me thinking about relegating my 65a80j to one of the bedrooms and getting x95k for the living room (got tired of being paranoid about channel logos).
