Does anyone know if you can cancel the Google One membership before actually using the 10% credit, but after redeeming it to your account? Or do you need to be a paid member to use the credit?

This is not quite what you're asking but I have a Pixel 6 pro a pixel 7 and a Samsung s22 Plus. Going from an s22 to a pixel 7 pro would be a huge size difference. Do you like small phones or do you want a bigger phone would be my first question? I like my s22 Plus but my Pixel phones have features that you can't get on the Samsung phones like visual voicemail, call screening and other features. They are all good phones but my preference leans toward Pixel phones.
The jump in size is my main hesitation.

But the regular S22 battery life is notoriously poor.

Also I have started using the telephoto feature more so I would like the 5x option. Plus it seems the Pixel 7 Pro camera might overall be better.

Finally I really liked my Pixel 3a. So I have been waiting for another opportunity to try a Pixel phone.

Wondering if I should trade in my Pixel 6 for the 7.

Thoughts - Trade in value is $479 and purchase price is $499 so $20 plus tax of roughly $45 so a net $65 to upgrade.

Bought the Pixel 6 for just $200 a couple months ago - no complaints other than the finger print scanner is a little hit or miss.
I was wondering the same and decided to upgrade, looking to face unlock, better fingerprint scanner and bit smaller size, for $55 was not brainer and if i get credit from ref code thats even better

I have a Pixel 5a. They pay $300 if I trade it in for a 6a which means I only need to pay tax. I am quite happy with my 5a but I am debating if it is worth changing to a 6a. I want to hear from people who have experience with 6a.

I will give up

- battery life
Battery life may be a wash because of degradation. New battery with full capacity vs 1 year degradation and charge cycles.

Thanks. May I know what is Pixel 6 pro tiv?
It was $550 for me when i did my order at midnight . Not sure what it is today? I'm curious to know from those who ordered today if it went up or down. Maybe if it went up from $550 i could get additional credit...lol..seriously doubt they will adjust it. Right now assuming i get the $100 credit in 4-8 weeks, the cost of my P7P will be a little over $150 after taxes.

the credit will be on your google account (not google one , if you know what I mean).
It will show up right after the 31th day of the order and you can cancel right after the credit posts to your account. (I ended up paying for two months google one 2TB membership)

The Google One 2TB -- if you sign up, is it pretty much immediate that you can place the order and get the 10% back? I know you have to keep it for two months, does it show on the order screen or something that you know its effective?

My S22's battery life improved a lot with the latest update. It barely drains when it is off now. Absolutely love the phone. It is so much lighter than any other flagship level phone I have come across. I also have an S22 Ultra that is a total brick in comparison. Even my now returned Pixel 7 Pro was too heavy compared to my S22.

Depends on what you are trading in. For an iPhone 11, BB is better as they are offering $525 instead of $484 at Google Store, but the problem is that you can no longer trade in an iPhone 11 for a base P7 at BB as they don't allow trade ins with a higher value than the phone you are buying, so the $499 Pixel 7 can't be bought with an iPhone 11 trade in at BB unfortunately. For an S21 trade in, BB is only offering $330, but Google Store is offering $489.
