OP has to correct wordings. 110v to 220v. It should have been posted in other region visitors to USA. Not usa to other regions.

Not even that. Most electronics works with wide range of voltage these days. Laptop, cell charger, TV - if you travel with one - are 90-240V.
200 W is too low for most appliances. Bread machine is one of few things people actually buy across the ocean.
I really have hard time coming up with a good use case.

Most electronics under 200w come with 100-240v adapter anyway.

I once had to buy voltage conversion when I gave massage chair pads. Bought a 1000w 100v to 250v transformer for $20 locally and set it. Cant think much use nowadays but there may be some who like to buy still Smilie
