Amazon has the new Apple Watch 8 in Silver STAINLESS STEEL case, 41 mm for $489, or 30% off MSRP of $699. Seems like a good deal at this time.

I don't know if this might be a price mistake because Amazon has the exact same watch in ALUMINUM case for exactly the same price.

This price has come and gone a number of times on this watch. Whether any of them will ship nobody knows. The shipping window has only changed by a couple days since the last time this price was up.

Did you get a 45mm silver stainless steel for $523 on Amazon? I haven't seen that price yet. I'll look and see if I can catch it.

This price is better than what I can find right now for a new Series 7 in stainless steel. I don't think the series 8 is much of an upgrade, but it seems this is a good price if you want stainless steel.

Last week it was a M/L band for this price. I just cancelled that order and got this with the S/M for my wife
Yes minor upgrade but she cycles sometimes early in the AM without her phone so the Crash detection is worth it to upgrade from the 7SS
