I had a probe die after one use. A quick email to them stating I wasn't sure if i was at fault or the product was faulty (it ended up over extreme heat/direct flame when searing over the firebox on my pellet by accident) and they replaced it no problem or cost. Customer service was spot on when it was probably my fault exposing it to excessive temps.

I've had mine for 5 years now, still rock solid and reads in 2-3 secs every time. I'm getting a back up!

Great deal. I love my thermopops. Waterproof, fast and accurate. Long stem. I probably use them more than my thermapen because I'm not afraid of damaging them.
