These guys are crooks. First off they raise prices just before any sale. Second, and more importantly, they illegally charge sales tax on tax-exempt nutritional supplements. So if your state doesn't charge sales tax on protein powder, bcaa or other supplements (about 15 last time I checked) they're going to charge it anyway and just pocket the money
Layne Norton was a big proponent of BCAAs back in the day and I believe did a lot of his PHD research on them. Based on newer evidence he has changed his mind on their potential for putting on muscle mass. Worth looking him up if this is your intended use.

Creatine and protein (if you don't get enough from diet) are the only things really worth supplementing I am aware of. There are many other things which have a just better than negligable effect but probably aren't worth your money.

I mean if you want to experiment around, there is probably no harm but why waste the money.
BCAAs are pretty worthless, just get whey protein instead. Or EAAs

Not a bad product, but one thing to keep in mind is that the standard 'serving' size for this one is only actually 4g of BCAA, roughly 3.4 cents per gram. With Xtend it's 7g, and there was a deal fairly recently (last month) for 90 7g servings for $22 (3.5 cents per gram), so roughly the same price. Xtend also has other stuff like flavoring and citrulline, so it's not a perfect comparison but also not an unheard of price if you're on the fence.
