The Garmin connect app is OK. I can't comment on a lot, but I did look at the sleep tracker chart. It's interesting to take in, but I'm not really sure how useful it is for people. Maybe for people with sleep apnea, it may be helpful.
I wouldn't buy this for the str3amup heart rate streaming thing. Not sure how much longer it'll be supported... and, there are other alternatives, like free/freemium apps that recommend a $80 chest strap HR monitor for better accuracy.
Overall, I do like the watch... But I feel that I would probably have preferred an Apple Watch or Pixel Watch (or similar - when the price drops considerably)... Since I want to be able to check and set reminders without pulling out my phone.
I'll also say that after starting to use this watch, I became painfully aware of how many app notifications I get that I just don't need, lol.

It has inbuilt gps and triangulator
Apple watch for the smartphone connectivity, look and everything yeah but all day any day for GPS and tracking Garmin is beast
