It is a solid exercise and boxing program. and a nice complement to Ring Fit. You get a decent workout and you will feel it. Some ability to customize. It's better than no-frills, but it is limited.
I found it a little frustrating that some moves just would not register correctly with the joycons, no matter what I did. If you don't care about your score, then it's really no issue -- it doesn't prevent you from completing the workouts or making progress.
For $20, if you have any interest in boxing and want to add some variety to your workouts, you really can't go wrong. You'll get good use out of it.

I personally want something different than Ring Fit which has some merits but not a fan of the pacing or storyline, ring, and the user interface. I truly believe this is suitable for my taste.
Think it's just physical game for switch and digital for OLED….

Found that putting the Switch physically in front of me (as opposed to its previous location of about 10 feet away at about 3:00) made a huge difference for accurately registering punches.

LCD / LED TVs may differ from OLED for gaming in these respects. Again, just a guess.
(So if you have an OLED TV, buy the OLED version, and vice versa)
