    Ring doorbells are overrated and require subscriptions fees to see videos, your better off with wyze/eufy doorbells. I have the echo show and at least every 3-5 days I have to unplug it from the wall because it becomes so laggy and slow to my commands.

    I wish this model didn't have a built-in battery. It likely will last a few years, hopefully, but it would be nice to be able to simply swap out the battery when it no longer holds a charge.

    If you already have the infrastructure required (aka a UDM Pro etc) then the Unifi Doorbells are pretty sweet. Mine is hardwired to ethernet POE and records locally to a hard drive. The pro model also has a package camera that aims down at the ground which is pretty nice.

    For the people buying this, are you also planning on paying for the monthly subscription? Seems like a big negative if there is no storage for recording unless you pay monthly

    What video doorbell system doesn't have any lagging??? Ring products have an annoying lag to them. I have very strong wifi. I troubleshot everything on my end and it still lags most of the time.
