Assuming that the rebate pans out, this is the lowest price I've seen (new from a major retailer). It trades blows and may sometimes even beat the 3070.

Let's hope for some more price drops as we approach the 7900 release.

This is $409 from Amazon plus a $20MIR from MSI.
This is also $429 from Microcenter (if you can find it in stock) plus a $20 MIR from MSI

All retailers should also have the 2 free games as well. So if you don't like NE, you have options.

Where do you see the MIR and the free games on Amazon? I'm not seeing that when I search for this card. Id like to see how long I have to send that in.

I think that's a mistake. The pictures show it has 3 DP and 1 HDMI and it says this in another part of the ad, DisplayPort x 3 (v1.4)
HDMI x 1 (Supports 4K@120Hz/8K@60Hz and VRR as specified in HDMI 2.1)

I got this a few weeks ago from Micro Center at $399 after $20 rebate. It's a good card. $383 definitely lowest I've seen. The rebate is directly through MSI. You will get it, it just takes time.
