Walmart [walmart.com] has Manor Park Modern Drop Leaf Mixed Material Dining Table (Walnut/Black) for $110.00. Shipping is Free

Walmart [walmart.com]
also has Manor Park Modern Drop Leaf Mixed Material Dining Table (Birch) for $128.00. Shipping is Free

Neither of these comes with the stools pictured

Looks to be mostly wood veneer over fiberboard, and powder coated steel.
Details:
2 drop leaf ends
Comfortably sits 4-6 people
Materials: durable wood veneer, warp-resistant MDF, and powder-coated steel
Assembled Dimensions: 30" H x 72" L x 32" W
Assembly Required

Allegedly this had a large price drop on Walmart... looking around... I'm noticing the pattern that Manor Park, Welwick Designs, Walker Edison, and probably also River Street Designs seem to be making (or rather importing from the same factory) the same furniture; I can't say that for sure, but it sure looks that way! Different names on different websites though if you want to go out and price compare. Closest price comparison I'm seeing for something that looks almost exactly the same is at Walker Edison for $133 [walkeredison.com], so compared to Walker Edison you're saving ~$23.

Attached are assembly instructions for a table that looks exactly the same on Wayfair [wayfair.com]. Can't promise they're exactly the same though, but it sure looks like it.

Check link here [wfcdn.com] or attached. Thanks molecularvision!

Yeah I saw that earlier when I was trying to find a price comparison. Edison Walker ended up having the closest price. I think the $110 one is probably the cheapest around currently.

Totally, good hunting! I included the Wayfair listing, not because of price, but because it had more reviews than Walker Edison and Walmart, and you can access the assembly instructions before you buy it off of this slick deal.

I was actually looking for the assembly instructions, so people could see what they're in for! I'll add them to the wiki. Thanks!

Can you use this as a desk? I'm looking to see if you can add monitor arms to this table. So sick of the skinny desks

Dunno... there's a dimensional picture in the 5th image on the thread, or you can go to this link:
https://i5.walmartimages.com/asr/b7037d74-9273-439c-80c0-560d1e31fae5.2633a47b086f677dc0c8579bf295b5... [walmartimages.com]

Says 300lb limit on the table (not including the wings), 26.25 in. legroom height and 28.75 in. from top of table to bottom of legs. Whether you could add monitor arms, assuming the ones you clamp on the back of the desk... would depend on the how much lip the table has from the horizontal supports that span the legs to the edge of the table. No info for that seems to exist.

MDF? Pass. I picked up a free solid wood table the other day. Refurbishing as we speak. Patching and staining makes a world of difference

I purchased this item from walmart and it arrived today. It has a Walker Edison logo all over the box, so it is the exact same item.

For this price, yes I do. There is no way anyone should buy this for it's list price of nearly $500, but I'm also not one of those cranky-headed slickdeal trolls who complains about MDF furniture, somehow expecting to find a 12-seater solid hardwood dining table fully assembled with chairs on sale for $4.99 with free shipping. This is MDF, and I knew that when I bought it, as a teacher I can't really afford much else. After putting it together, I think it's value is likely $150-$200, so for $110, I'm a happy camper.

The box is HEAVY, but the assembly wasn't bad at all (see the instructions, it is basically attaching 5-6 pieces together with a bunch of screws). You will want someone to help maneuver the tabletop when screwing the legs on. There was a scratch and a a few chips in the laminate veneer, but I use a tablecloth anyway so I don't care.

This table will seat four with the leaves down, one on each of the four sides. Note that you can't push chairs underneath the two ends with the leaves because of the bar that runs between the legs on those sides. With the leaves up, you could technically fit six here, though the fit would be tight (I'm a Southerner, so we are big people). Also note that the table is slightly less than 3 feet across - that works for my small kitchen nook, but I tend to keep food on the counter, not the table. Six people might barely fit if you squint and are neighborly, but six people with plates and additional plates of food won't fit. Four people with plates should be able to fit some amount of food in the middle if the leaves are put out. Also, given the steel bottom, I would put a rug or something underneath it. The long and skinny nature of this table may mean I'll have to be creative when getting a tablecloth, but any negatives are minor in my view, especially at this price.

My favorite thing about this table is something that very few drop leaf tables at this price point (or slightly above) have - TWO supports for each drop leaf. Many many many drop leaf tables have only one, so the leaves tend to bow quickly over time. The tabletop isn't the thickest, and I don't know that I would put the heaviest person at the end of the drop leaf, but for $110 with free shipping, it is a good deal in my view.

For anyone thinking of buying, please check out the additional pictures here:

I'm glad the table worked out.
Yeah, I often have to fight my slickdealer urges on wanting even cheaper furniture. But when I was doing research into this, it seemed like a decent deal for what it was. Not something that you'd buy on a whim, but if you were looking for something like this already, then this might fit the bill at a good price (and free shipping).
