Lowe's has a few Gladiator items on sale today.

This is what I thought could be the best deal for those in need of a heavy duty workbench.

This hardwood workbench features a solid hardwood top and steel leveling legs that hold up to 1,500 lbs of distributed weight, making it the perfect surface for projects from gardening to auto repair.

1.5-in thick solid hardwood top
Supports up to 1500 lbs
66.5 in W x 38 in H x 20 in D
Fits any combination of two Ready-to-Assemble Modular GearBoxes or GearDrawers underneath it (sold separately)
Lifetime limited warranty on adjustable legs
One-year limited warranty on hardwood top

Not as cheap as the original Fedmax bench deal, but these are very nice.

There are other Gladiator items on sale today as well, including larger benches.

20" depth is pretty shallow, but might work for some narrow garages

Own tons of gladiator stuff but never could justify the price even on sale for a plank of wood and 4 stands

Doesn't this feel pricey compared to the recent husky stuff?

Anyone here tried any of the plans out there for 3d printing hooks that fit on gladiator products. I don't have a printer myself, but was thinking about getting on to mess around with.

The price on these Gladiator work benches looks to be pretty much the same as Husky. Am I missing something?

I'm just wondering if these will be priced even lower for Black Friday. I was looking to pick up a 6 ft workbench + the power strip. Should I buy now or wait??

Yeah, so the Husky stuff is a pretty good deal as well. The 6ft adjustable height bench goes for $359 right now on HD and holds 3000lbs. That is the one with the bolts for height adjustment.

The ones with the handle and screw adjustable height holds 300lbs so not quite the same weight limit.

Well after reading reviews on the power strip I decided to pass. The power cord comes out of the back, which makes it impossible to sit it flush against the wall. Terrible design.

I ended up using the $200 Lowe's gift card deal from Kroger to get the 66 inch workbench for $180. I would recommend anyone else considering purchasing any of these items to do the gift card deal as well for the extra 10% off. The gift card gets emailed within minutes.

Got this same workbench from Sears for $75 back in Feb 2016. Those were the good old days of when Gladiator had stuff on sale.

I mounted a 6in vise to it. Damn thing would tip over when I moved it because of the 20 in depth.

I picked up two of them back in the day on that deal as well. I use them for random projects indoors, and they work great for that purpose. If I was doing more serious work on them in the garage, I would definitely want to secure them to the wall for stability.

Nice shop! I have that same floor I think. Racedeck? Minus the blue. Light grey and dark grey.

Yep, the tuffshield. I did entire garage on literal clear out. Got all the gladiator stuff for dirt cheap, snagged the tuff shield race deck for like 1200 shipped (440 sqaure feet) landscape fabric under it. Insulated house and walls in garage as well. It stays warm in winter cold in summer all day.

Love it. It's my little hangout area.

6 years, the racedeck tiff shield is perfectly fine. Couple tiles beat up but I use the same tile spots for that same abuse, and easily replaced if I wanted.

Yeah! Very cool. I love mine. Did it about 10 years ago. I used the laminate underlayment under the tiles. Gets rid of the clickty clack and insulated the floor somewhat.

I think it's worth it. I like it a lot. Way cheaper than epoxy and honestly. It's been great. I leaf blow it out few times a year and mop it lol
