I searched for a product using the upper Search box, "Search for anything", and where each returned item is listed as "Brand New" or "Refurbished" or ...,, I tried to buy one listed as Refurbished, but it didn't work, saying "This code can't be applied to your order.".

They are direct from Bose which should help with any return or warranty issues, and it's cheaper than the same product on their own website at the moment.
