I was looking to buy iron plates, but I don't see any reason not to get bumper plates if I can get them for the same price or even less.

I had read some of their bumper plates were designed with differing diameters. Maybe it was the 35 that was slightly larger? Maybe the 25.

Anyways, if you're deadlifting, a single slightly larger plate would take the brunt and eventually fail.

They are cheap, though Smilie

Just depends how much you lift. Because they're wider you'll run out of space on the bar once you get past 405
