The meds I took yesterday really did a number on me. I've narrowed it down to the anti-anxiety pill. I didn't take it this morning and I feel much better. It put me into a fog where I couldn't think and was too spaced out to drive. Then I got very depressed to the point of almost being suicidal. I'm never taking it again no matter what the doctor says. What do I do with it now? I don't want it anywhere near me. My first thought was to flush it down the toilet but I know that I'm not supposed to do that. Where do I take it? Can I just throw it out in the trash?

Buspar but now I think that it's the steroids that are causing it. I was feeling fine earlier and now I'm feeling weird again and super hungry. I talked with the pharmacist a few minutes ago. I don't want to knock Buspar. I was probably wrong about it. I take Trazodone, which is similar to Buspar, sometimes to help me sleep and I've never had a problem with it. Damn, this is going to ruin my day. It's really nice outside and I'm going to be in bed all day if I get all spaced out again. I have to say that the steroids and nerve pill (Neurontin) are really helping with my arm. On Buspar, I only took 1 pill yesterday morning but I was supposed to take 2 more pills during the day and I didn't do it so I had a really tiny dose. I think I was wrong about Buspar. I felt fine 30 minutes ago but now I don't and I didn't take Buspar today. I did take the steroids this morning. Neurontin is only at night. Every other med is what I usually take so (I'm putting on my Sherlock Holmes hat as I type this) it must be the steroids. If what I'm saying sounds weird, it's the drugs.

I take my morning pills at 7 so that's not a problem. I was taking vitamin gummies but those calories can really add up and I don't need to waste 100 calories on vitamins. I gave up coffee when the pandemic started and that saves me a lot of calories, too. I don't like Starbucks (it's too strong for me) but the 7-11 coffee is pretty good and I take it with a lot of sugar so 2 or 3 cups a day can be 300 or more calories. My biggest problem is Coke (the drink). I can't stop drinking it. I've probably consumed more Coke than any person in the world. When I go backpacking, I'll pack in cans of Coke. It's unbelievable that I'm so addicted to it. I can give up almost everything else but not Coke. I know how bad it is for me especially considering that I'm supposed to be eating a heart healthy diet. Cheese is another thing that I need to stop eating. It's amazing that I'm not a million pounds with all of the junk food that eat but I've always been active and I work it off. My cholesterol is really low if you can believe it. I got off topic. It's the drugs again. I'm pretty sure that the magic ended today at CVS. I didn't go yesterday so maybe it ended then. If I can get my ass out of bed then I'm going to close out my cards today and tomorrow and take a break from shopping. I want to start doing my walks again and I can't when I'm shopping all day. The deals suck anyway. I'd rather do something like walking that I enjoy. Actually, I'd rather be surfing right now but that's impossible in my condition. Maybe by the summer but probably not.
