Do you have Samsung EPP (Employee Purchase Program that you can get through your workplace potentially) or EDU (Educational - ie a student, teacher, etc)? We were able to replicate it with both EPP and EDU accounts.

Main reason for the price drop is the Samsung 990 pro is coming out in late November, and those won't be cheap

Not sure if it's dead or "save @ work" is a new lesser discount program. I used to be EPP.

Your nvme drive should ALWAYS have a heatsink imo no matter if you do gaming or not. Others may disagree with me but for $10 it's worth it.

Your motherboard might have heatsinks built in though - mine does. They look like the attached.

It's super simple - just make sure you buy the version with the heatsink. https://youtu.be/b1vF42QfmTk?t=68

Buying for a PS5? Yes
Buying for a computer? Maybe. If your motherboard has built-in heatsinks for the drives then you don't need the heatsink version imo. See comment #9 for image of what it looks like.

Damn. I just got the EVO 970 without a heat sink for $199.
This is a better deal. I'm going to have to spend $10 just to order micro heat sinks for my EVO.
