The sale starts Nov. 14 at 7pm ET.
Sale starts 7 hours earlier for Walmart+ members (so 12pm ET).
UPDATE: The banner which was shared multiple times in this thread clearly shows free install and balance. I had a chat with Walmart, and they stated it is a free one-time balance with the installation. If I wanted lifetime balance, then I must pay extra. I contacted my local Walmart, and they confirmed this, and said they are doing free installs and one time balance up to and including Sunday November 27th.
Input the specs for your vehicle at link below to see upcoming prices.

Savings of $128 is $80 for the tires, $48 for the labor... Which comes out to $12 a tire. Since it's $17 for lifetime balancing and rotation (now) , you'd pay the $5 balance x 4 to get it to $68 total for labor.
You can also pay $10 x 4 for road hazard, but IMO, when tires are this cheap (for my car at least), it almost isn't worth it... Just get a new tire for that $40.
If you get goodyear brand tires, goodyear stores will fix your flats for free even if you didn't buy it from them... That's usually the bulk of the road hazard coverage that I acrually use.
I have the reliants on my '13 prius... No issues at all. Very thick tread depth even after a year, and though my car isn't a hotrod by any measure, these have worked great through all types of weather. Haven't tested them in the winter as I switch to winter every January.

If you ordered the tires online during the promo time, just call walmart.com customer service, tell them what happened, and they will credit you the (eventual) cost of the install. They have been accommodating to me and several others in this thread.
However, the cost is the least of your concern honestly. There were several QR codes to scan this deal that even the newest employee can use,as well as guidance that store managers should still have in their possession. There is very little plausable deniability on the part of the service dept, unless NO ONE got this promo done for them at the store last week.
My store COULD find the promo, however, they said my specific model was not applicable. So I chose to stay with them, and get the money from corporate.
tl;dr - you may just want to go to another store to do this...
This happens all the time. Just bring it back to them to balance again
Will do tomorrow. Hope they get it right...
I don't let anyone touch any of my cars. So I only brought in the wheels and old tires that were off my civic with my truck. When they finished I asked the manager if there were issues with balance can I bring them back, he said he explained to me that's what the lifetime balance are for but since I refused to pay for that, don't come back unless I am willing to pay lol.

Similar issue. I got overcharged a bit in store compared to my online order that got cancelled. Contacted .com reps multiple times with different ways, majority of time I was told they don't have access to instore purchase so they couldn't do any refund and told me to go back to store. There were 2 reps who promised to do refund but it looks to me both attempts failed. I have no idea how some of us was able to just call and got full installation fee refunded.
