Pretty happy with this, great price for Wiz bulbs.
Running daily
Having said all that, STAY AWAY FROM THE REMOTES. They're garbage.

I guess the feature you described would be one reason, just not sure that would be enough of a reason. When you have the wall switch off, that means the bulbs are off, not connected to wifi, right? Which means no smart home control of it while its off? What am I missing here?
Wiz is also fully committed to Matter, and has great features like SpaceSense. I'd recommend Wiz over any other budget wifi bulb on the market right now (tp-link for example has made no commitment to Matter).
I have a lot of these. Most of them are on a circadian rythim setting that changes color temperature and brightness along with the day. We RARELY use the app or any voice assistant to control them.
I had enough left over to populate my eat in kitchen chandelier and found the switch feature useful. Its the color temperature change thats key in that room. Can't do that with a dimmer and regular lights. I'm not jacking around with any app or voice assistant in that room.
I don't have any voice assistants constantly listening to me. I do have Android TVs that I use that feature on, but I have to press a button on the remote. I'll turn the living room lights off that way to watch TV.
Circadian rythim, color temperature and two power on/off settings are the features I like about these. I used older Merkury bulbs before and they didn't have any of these features.
