This Vizio [amazon.com]seems like a good option with eARC and two upfiring speakers, though the rears have to be wired to the subwoofer, which is only 6" instead of the JBL's 10" and has less bass range.
My other consideration is a Samsaung soundbar with wireless rears, but even Samsung TV owners like myself seem unhappy with them. I've never thought of Samsung as a great audio company, but I can't say I've done many ear tests in the last few years.
