It's the best I've seen for price/performance if you're just aching to replace a graphics card from 2016. All the GPUs are refurbished with 90-day warranties. The two refurbs I've bought from Zotac in the past are still both running after a couple of years.

RTX 2080 Ti Twin Fan $299.99 [zotacstore.com] - OOS

RTX 2080 AMP $239.99 [zotacstore.com] - OOS

RTX 2070 Blower Fan $179.99 [zotacstore.com] - OOS

RTX 2060 Twin Fan $119.99 [zotacstore.com] - OOS

GT 730 2GB DDR5 $27.99 [zotacstore.com]
This is what my wife's desktop uses and I've played some old games on it just fine.

There are many other graphics card variants available, as well as GeForce 10 series cards. The GTX 1080 Ti price isn't too bad. There's also a $24 low-profile card.

Hard decision, hold for the 40xx series or get one of these.
If you've waited this long and don't have OS restrictions, it's always better to wait for a new gen.

Except when it's one of those new gens where only the top model improved and they rebadge everything from the mid tier down :|

Most kept their MSRP, you just couldn't find them at retail. Zotac actually raised their MSRP and had their cards in stock on their website - as long as you were okay paying $2000 for a 3080 or $2500-2700 for a 3090 direct from them. Founders, EVGA, etc. kept their MSRP. EVGA had a waiting list (of 20 billion people, afaict) and Best Buy sold fnVidia (Founders Ed) at the original MSRP when they got stock.

Also, no - I will not be buying one of the grossly inflated 4xxx series cards.
I think Gigabyte also keep themselves pretty decent. But EVGA really stuck to their pricing, which was amazing considering the rest of the market. Sad they left the GPU space completely.

I bough my Zotac 3080 launch day for $699 so no idea what you are going on about here.

Yeah, and then when they found out that they were selling for more on eBay, they doubled their prices [reddit.com] to $1399.

All I can say here is that I've had my 2070 super mini from Zotac since the spring prior to the 3000 series being announced. I've been very happy with it and haven't had any issues. They still have that model up as instock.

More than 1/2 of these will die after 90 days of gaming! Suckas!
After three years of mining baking at 75C+ Personally, I would plan on taking it apart and reapplying thermal paste upon receiving it.

Edit: Obviously creates warranty challenges.

Isnt that something that zotac should do before selling it to us as a refurbished card?
