Man, I'm the #1 Costco fan of all time but their sales have been absolutely pathetic.

Major disappointment IMO.

Costco "sales" are a thing of the past. It's getting to the point where they cobble together some "stuff" just to fill out a brochure.

I wouldn't blame retailers, it's upstream from suppliers. Diesel is still stupid expensive, but I see ocean freight is finally coming down.

Kcups on sale for $34? They used to be $27. Now they are $42 not on sale. Lmao. I saw a 12 foot Christmas tree for $1000 and 9 feet for $600. Lowe's is literally half the price. What is Costco smoking

Isn't Kerrygold butter going on sale this year? I haven't seen a sale since spring.
I know! I though would be in the November book like last year.

Rofl I was my local Costco today and saw the same set of trees. Some of their furniture pieces have gotten more expensive than a furniture outlet store too.

I ordered Kirkland protein bars today. Just about 6 months their pack of 2-20 count bars was $40. Then they raised it to $45 at some point. Now it's $55 for the same 2 pack. About a 40% increase in the price of something that's not even affected by the ocean freight diesel charges is unacceptable. I understand inflation but this is just an excuse for a permanent ridiculous upcharge.

Have you tried Kirkland brand grass-fed? Cheaper & arguably better.

Sounds like the in-store vs online prices have diverged more.

In store (where I live anyway), they've "only" gone from $18/box to $20/box
