I'm bummed I didn't get to grab the bristle brush attachment when it was around $80.

That attachment is awesome. I paid full price and it was worth every penny. It's great at cleaning dirt off my concrete. But what I most often use it for is for up to 3" of snow and if we get more than 3" I'll use the snowblower and use the brush afterwards. It really keeps the pavement clean, thus preventing ice from forming from little bits of snow left behind by the blower that melt in the sun the next day and freeze the next evening.

Ego customer service has gone down hill. The battery's have issues and they will make it very difficult to get a replacement. It is easier now to buy a new one and swap it out than fool with there warrintee.

They replaced a mower for me after being in use for 4 years with no questions asked, took 3 weeks but customer service and warranty process was great.

Oh man I got so excited but $99 handling charge for the mower totally kills it 🙁

Awesome for anyone that needs not a mower!

I just had my battery replaced under warranty and the experience could not have been any better.

There was no wait on the phone. No asking if I damaged the battery. Just a few quick troubleshooting steps to confirm I is indeed not working and they sent me another one. They already had all the info they needed to ship me the replacement based on my warranty registration.

I seriously could not be happier.

I second this. For light snow, really leaves pavement nice and clean. Keeps any leftover snow and ice from freezing in little patches. Looking forward to the snow blower attachment for the multi tool head for anything higher than a few inches.

Any ideas if there will be better deals? I really need a new battery and am eyeing the chainsaw.
