So you can only book 24 hours in advance?
Can you at least book your return flight when you book the initial leg? I feel you might get stranded

For example, I am doing round trip mco to BWI over Thanksgiving. Normal price was 120$ a person. With the promo code for 100% off base fair, I still paid 76$ each.
Even if your average flight is 200$, and let's say after this pass, you still need to pay $80, you would need to fly almost 6 times to make up for it. That's being generous, and most flights much less than that. What's more, there are always deals for 50-100% off. Granted, you can't plan around those.
I also have kids, so this will not stack with kids fly free.
This is a last minute way for them to fill up planes, which is not bad for them, or people who have that really flexible lifestyle to plan last minute.
