Such awesome, raw, rock music! No one today would even understand how to write this sort of music anymore. So glad my parents decided to make me when they did as the early 70's to early 80's were the absolute unparalleled best time for rock music.

Yup. The album that shaped the lives of aspiring teenage guitar players around the world. This was a rite of passage. Started taking lessons in the 70s at age 11 and by high school had heard enough that I scraped together the $5.99 need to buy the album and will never forget hearing Eruption and being awestruck. Ice cream man with combo of acoustic and that great solo. Likewise, in college, heard Blizzard of Oz and just couldn't believe how amazing both Ed and Randy were. And they were both in their 20s! The playing holds up decades years later.
