Really? Same to me and they gave me a full refund without question. Eventually found out the dumb driver dropped my stuff with a neighbor and I got hers. I called Walmart but they let me keep the refund anyway.

BTW I have the white one in the second pic. it was $5 in clearance aisle. It's narrow which is why I like it, so it fits in my cup holder. Quality is fine.

I bought alot of thing online from ebay, amazon, other online store and never have issue. But with walmart, walmart send me email that item already arrived but i never get the item. It happen 2 time, 2 different transaction. I do not like to call walmart and waste my time for 1 hour. I cannot complain online. Only walmart very unprofesional, can steal money from customer. I will never buy online item from walmart

I have also had items not delivered from Walmart and an entirely wrong item delivered. I called twice, spent a long time each time in the phone, was promised a refund and didn't get it. I'm very leery of ordering from Walmart.

Yes. Yeti charges what they charge because some people will pay extra for the badge on the product. They don't bring anything new or innovative to the table that you can't get elsewhere for less.

I had a similar issue last Christmas, I bought a nice LaCruset dutch oven and shipping showed it lost or something, I then contact customer service and they refunded me, that same night my item arrived at my doorstep. ☺️
